Once your order has been shipped, and you can easily follow its journey through PostNL using the Track & Trace code provided with your order confirmation.

Step-by-step instructions

1. Locate your Track & Trace code
   You’ll find the code in your shipping confirmation(in your mailbox, also check spam) or order details.

2. Go to PostNL Track & Trace
   Click on the Track & Trace link provided, or visit postnl.nl/track-en-trace.

3. Enter your details

   • Fill in the Track & Trace code.

   • Enter the postal code of the delivery address (if requested).

4. View your shipment status
   The page will show the most up-to-date information, including:

   • Whether your order has been handed over to PostNL

   • Its current location in the delivery process

   • The expected delivery date and time

5. Need help?
   If the status does not update within 48 hours or you notice an unexpected delay, please contact our customer service team at info@casacelenza.com with your order number and Track & Trace code.

With these steps, you’ll always know exactly where your order is and when it will arrive.
