Refund & Return Policy

At Casa Celenza, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Refund & Return Policy explains how returns and refunds are handled for orders placed through our store. By making a purchase, you agree to the terms below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

  • Certain items, including intimate apparel, swimwear, personalized goods, and final-sale products, are not eligible for return or refund.

2. Return Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Casa Celenza does not provide prepaid return labels.

  • Customers are free to choose their own carrier, but we recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.

  • Original shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Important: Casa Celenza does not accept liability for, or entertain complaints regarding, the level of costs charged by carriers for return shipments. Return shipping costs vary depending on your location, package size, and carrier choice, and such costs are outside of our control.

3. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment within 7–14 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • If the returned item is not in acceptable condition, we may deny the refund.

4. Exchanges

At this time, Casa Celenza does not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to purchase a different item, please return the original item (subject to this policy) and place a new order.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@casacelenza.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will provide a resolution in accordance with applicable law.
